The impact on education is truly transformative. Between property tax revenue and direct, unrestricted community betterment payments, Google is committing over $71 million to the local school district ($29M in school district property tax + $42.7M School foundation payments). This is a massive injection of resources that will support students, enhance school facilities and strengthen the city for decades.

And finally a significant contribution to city tax revenues - in fact if fully built out, Google would be a larger tax payer than five of the largest taxpayers. ($12M projected city tax revenue + $4.5M in community betterment payments.)
